At, we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction. Every effort is made to ensure that your order is delivered flawlessly. However, in the event of any issues, we are here to address your concerns promptly. Our customer service team is well-equipped to assist you and will take swift action to resolve any issues that may arise.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation made by the customer 5 days prior to the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is greater. Cancellation made by the customer 3 days prior to the delivery date will result in a 50% refund of the total amount paid. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. Return & Replacement:

If you have a valid reason for dissatisfaction with your item, we offer the option for replacement. To qualify, the recipient must return the item within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that refunds are not available under these circumstances.

We will gladly replace the item if any of the following conditions are met within 24 hours of delivery:

Faulty items. Items damaged during transit. Items that cannot be exchanged for an alternative. At, your satisfaction is our priority.
